We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand, with free delivery on orders over $150. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, while rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

What is your return policy for fashion items?

We want you to love your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange, provided it is in original condition with all tags attached.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we also provide specific fit notes (e.g., 'true to size' or 'relaxed fit') in the product description to help you find the perfect match.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship exclusively within New Zealand and to Australia. Shipping rates for Australian orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as interest-free payment options like Afterpay and Laybuy, allowing you to shop now and pay later.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes! Simply select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Matakana boutique.
