At The Bach Matakana, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Email our team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and boutique tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your parcel via a trackable shipping service to our Matakana boutique address provided in the authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once we inspect and approve your return, we will issue a digital store credit or ship out your requested exchange item.
